Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Build full-cycle recruitment for tech, compliance, legal, and operations roles;
- Set up onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, HR documentation, and reporting;
- Conduct 1:1s, work with retention, conflicts, and people cases;
- Launch performance reviews, KPI frameworks, L&D, and internal promotion processes;
- Build AI-enabled HR workflows.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in HR / People Partner / HRBP / Senior HR Manager roles;
- Experience building HR processes from scratch or nearly from scratch in a company of 50+ people;
- Hands-on recruitment: screening, interviews, closing candidates;
- Hands-on people partnering: difficult conversations, conflicts, supporting managers;
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams;
- Fluent in Russian + English C1;
- Daily use of AI in HR tasks: ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini, AI sourcing/screening, interview transcription or automation tools.
