Job description
An international company focused on creating an effective working environment and supporting employees through strong HR Operations processes and a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations processes in Serbia in compliance with local labor law - Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation - Interact with payroll, immigration, and insurance vendors - Support global HR projects and processes - Maintain HR records, documentation, and labor books - Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of employees - Assist employees with administrative and HR-related issues - Coordinate office and travel administration as needed
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in HR Operations or related HR fields - Experience managing external payroll providers and HR reporting - Excellent knowledge of Serbian labor law - Ability to develop HR policies for a high-performance culture - Analytical mindset and attention to detail - Ability to work in a multitasking environment - High level of English - Experience as HRBP or recruitment for R&D and non-R&D roles is a plus - German language is an advantage
