Responsibilities
- Manage full payroll cycle and benefits with external providers
- Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor laws (contracts, terminations, etc.)
- Oversee immigration processes (visas, work permits)
- Handle HR administration throughout employee lifecycle
- Maintain HR database, track metrics, and automate processes (Jira)
- Conduct HR audits and monitor diversity metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations
- Deep knowledge of Cyprus labor laws and payroll processes
- Fluent English
- Attention to detail and experience with confidential information
- Experience with Jira or automation tools is a plus
- Experience in finance/trading is a plus
