Responsibilities
- Implement ICM systems
- Collaborate directly with US clients
- Build and validate commission models
- Work with data transformations
- Translate business rules into system logic
- Collaborate with the engineering team
- Prepare documentation and support implementations
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience with data or business systems
- Strong understanding of relational data modeling
- Ability to work with complex logic
- Experience in system implementations
- Comfort with financial or performance metrics
- Strong analytical thinking
