- Confidence in guiding developers on monitoring and logging of complex systems at scale

- Use of AI agents for problem solving
- Collaborative work with different teams (Security, Data, Engineering)
- Understanding of complex reliability structures, theories, principles, and best practices
- Experience with JavaScript codebases and frameworks (e.g. Typescript, Node.JS, React)
