Job description
Join Золотое Яблоко as a Senior/Lead LLM Engineer to lead the development of LLM services integrated with backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and technically lead LLM services integrated with internal backend systems.
- Design architecture for agent environments and ensure quality of AI solutions.
- Enhance RAG services and algorithms for large language models.
- Improve vector text search algorithms considering product attributes and user context.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team engineers.
- Research and implement new approaches for LLM and GenAI.
Requirements
- Proficient in Python and experience in developing production-ready ML/GenAI services.
- Experience with LLM API and building LLM-based solutions (RAG, dialogue agents, agent workflows).
- Understanding of LLM service architecture and related development trade-offs.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search systems.
- Experience in training and fine-tuning neural network models.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and articulate technical solutions clearly.
- Experience in conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers.
