Requirements
• Experience with IT asset management (ITAM) systems, configuration management databases (CMDB), and ITIL practices.
• Proven commercial experience as a Senior System Analyst for at least 5 years.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes, Service Desk, ITIL principles, ITAM, and CMDB system logic.
• Understanding of network protocols used in infrastructure scanning and inventory processes (discovery).
• Strong technical background: confident in SQL, able to read and analyze 'raw' artifacts (JSON, XML, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, application logs).
• Experience working with incomplete documentation or rapidly changing scope—ability to independently 'extract' information from architects, tech leads, and POs.
• Developed critical thinking: ability to expand a raw business task for improvement if it is not sufficiently elaborated from a technical perspective.
• Mentorship experience, conducting code/tech reviews of analytical artifacts.
• Citizenship: RF.
