- Lead the design and management of global compensation, benefits, and equity programs. - Own compensation committee deliverables and present insights to senior leadership. - Oversee the design and rollout of people programs including performance management and engagement surveys. - Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to align processes with business priorities. - Lead HR systems improvements and reporting. - Monitor people metrics and build dashboards for executives.

- 12-15 years of progressive HR/People experience, with 10-12 years focused on compensation and People Operations. - Proven experience in high-growth environments, ideally in technology or regulated industries. - Strong expertise in global compensation, benefits, equity, and job architecture. - Exceptional analytical skills and hands-on experience with HR systems. - Experience overseeing a wide range of HR programs. - Strong communication and influencing skills.
