Job description
Game Gears is a team of over 60 specialists passionate about technology and future products. We work fully remotely, building teams without geographical boundaries. Our current project is Shortly Show, an AI streaming platform for next-generation interactive series.
Responsibilities
* Effectively attract users from advertising platforms like Meta, Google, Unity Technologies, ironSource, and AppLovin.
* Analyze campaign results and optimize KPI and LTV.
* Manage budgets and purchasing strategies.
* Test new traffic sources, tools, and creative formats.
* Collaborate with producers and analysts in creative brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
* 2+ years of traffic acquisition experience, with 1+ year in mobile GameDev/entertainment/video apps.
* Deep knowledge of Meta and Google.
* Experience with Unity Technologies, ironSource, AppLovin, Snapchat, TikTok, Apple is desirable.
* Understanding of auction algorithms in advertising systems.
* Experience with analytics (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google).
* Understanding of metrics like tROAS, LTV, ARPPU, CTR, CPM, and working with iOS 14+.
* English level: Intermediate+.
