Responsibilities
• Media planning
• You will create and implement tactical media plans, diagnose media placements among competitors, find the most successful and effective media contact points with the audience, participate in justifying media placements, and optimize them.
• Media growth and control
• You will form and control the annual flowchart and media budgeting, formulate clear briefs for the media agency, achieve growth in brand communication metrics in collaboration with media partners, track market trends, and propose experiments aimed at business growth in mass communication channels.
• Analytics and reporting
• You will engage in comprehensive media channel analytics: monitoring KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion), generating reports with recommendations for optimizing content strategy and advertising campaigns, conducting competitive analysis and audience segmentation, as well as evaluating ROMI and working with web analytics systems to set up end-to-end analytics and improve the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Requirements
• Experience in a similar position in companies promoting a portfolio of brands or in a media agency
• Understanding how to combine classic channels (TV, outdoor advertising) with digital tools (performance, programmatic, targeting) and form a balanced media mix for reach, recognition, and sales
• Ability to see the complete picture of user interaction: from segmentation and personalization to building KPIs and assessing effects
• Experience in planning and purchasing placements in digital: hands-on experience is not mandatory but will be a plus
• Experience with Mediascope
• Ability to connect business tasks with communication and media tasks
• Ability to analyze past advertising campaigns and provide recommendations for future campaigns based on analysis
• Willingness to interact with cross-functional departments
• Initiative, striving for development, open to new ideas.
