• 3+ years of commercial development experience (Middle+/Senior) with strong knowledge of Python and Flutter.
• Confident technical background: practical experience in backend development, REST API design, and mobile application architecture.
• Ability to dive into existing code, develop mobile applications, and backend projects independently.
• Willingness to grow into a team lead role and form a development team as the project scales.
• Practical experience integrating server-side, mobile interfaces, and ready-made ML modules into production.
• Experience in MedTech/HealthTech projects is a plus.
