We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer with over 5 years of experience in motion design and advanced skills in Adobe After Effects. Remote work with strong asynchronous communication skills is required.

- Advanced level in Adobe After Effects (plugins, expressions, scripting).
- Practical experience with AI video tools (Runway, HeyGen, Pika or similar).
- Confident use of Figma (asset export, design interaction).
- Strong sense of timing, composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently in a remote format.
- Strong asynchronous communication skills.
- Basic English (for working in an international environment).
- Nice to Have: Experience in EdTech or SaaS. Skills in Blender or Cinema 4D. Video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Portfolio with explainer/tutorial animations.
