Job description
Aurora Labs is a full-cycle AI studio. We launch technological projects from idea to implementation. We are currently scaling our key product N1 Hosting (premium server infrastructure) and are looking for a strong specialist to build an international traffic channel through influencers from scratch.
Responsibilities
• Build a pipeline for working with influencers: from search and first contact to closing large deals in the international market.
• Develop and A/B test communication scripts (cold messages, follow-ups, offers) to maximize conversion.
• Control the technical side of the process: account registration, working with anti-detect browsers, setting up proxies, and bypassing blocks.
• Formulate simple content strategies for social selling.
• As the channel grows, hire, onboard, and coordinate a team of junior managers (up to 10+ people in the future).
Requirements
• Specialist with a strong background in cold outreach, sales, and negotiations.
• A person with a deep understanding of the technical aspects (types of proxies, sessions, multi-accounting).
• Someone who can build processes from scratch and is not afraid of leadership responsibility.
• Fluent/Advanced English with clear pronunciation; a pronounced CIS accent is not suitable as all communication is with the foreign market.
