Senior Partnerships Manager, Crypto

### What you’ll do - Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, blockchain protocols, and decentralized finance platforms. - Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet commercial and product goals, and align with legal, security, and regulatory requirements. - Work closely with the product teams to understand partnership needs and how these partners can accelerate projects on our crypto roadmap. - Manage the onboarding and integration of new partners by working with product, engineering, design, research, and compliance teams. - Maintain and improve relationships with existing partners, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for product and operational improvements. - Analyze partnership performance and industry trends to inform decisions on new initiatives and roadmap priorities.

### What you bring - You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy, with experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain. - You have a strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and key participants in the ecosystem. - You build effective working relationships and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners. - You use structured, detail-oriented approaches to rigorously evaluate opportunities and produce high-quality work that supports decision-making. - You are comfortable managing multiple projects, prioritizing work, and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
