Senior People Operations Manager

### People Operations & Compliance - Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable, AI-driven People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle. - Own and execute onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience. - Administer and maintain our HRIS system (Personio), ensuring accurate and legally compliant employee data. - Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulatory frameworks, aligned with Lithuanian, German, and Portugal standards. ### Payroll & HR Administration - Lead and coordinate payroll processes in partnership with finance and external providers. - Draft, update, and manage employment contracts and other relevant HR documents. - Maintain and organize all administrative HR records in alignment with audit requirements. ### Recruitment Support - Provide key support in the expansion of the Lithuanian office, acting as a talent partner for local growth. - Assist in full-cycle recruiting efforts to build out the Vilnius team from the ground up. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a competitive market. ### Employee Support & Office Management - Serve as the go-to point of contact for HR Operations-related questions across all locations. - Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters in the Lithuanian location. - Oversee all aspects of office operations, including supplies, logistics, and facility coordination.

### What you need to be successful: - 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, ideally in a fast-paced, international startup or scale-up environment. - Comfort running People Operations internationally across LT, PT, and GER. - In-depth knowledge of Lithuanian labor law; knowledge of German labor law is a strong advantage. - A people-first mindset with strong emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented approach. - Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus. - Experience with HRIS and ATS systems—Personio experience is a strong plus.
