Responsibilities

- **Horizontal Experience Stewardship:** Oversee the end-to-end digital partner journey and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- **AI Platform Strategy & Orchestration:** Define the vision and strategy for our central AI Platform.
- **Ecosystem-Led Infrastructure:** Drive platform evolution and ensure modular, extensible infrastructure.
- **Central Infrastructure Ownership:** Oversee the roadmap for key central products.
- **Executive Communication & Influence:** Bridge Engineering and leadership, translating technical trade-offs into business narratives.
- **Leadership & Mentorship:** Coach and mentor junior product colleagues and contribute to product craft leadership.
Requirements
### We’d Love To Meet You If
- **Systemic Platform Thinking:** 10+ years of experience in high-scale platforms, SaaS, or Marketplaces.
- **AI-Fluent Product Craft:** Deep understanding of Generative AI stack and LLM orchestration.
- **Mastery of Influence:** Expert at driving alignment across complex organizations.
- **Technical Authority:** Ability to engage with Principal Engineers on architecture and system design.
