Requirements
### Requirements
- Higher education in a relevant field (technical, mathematical, or economic-IT, applied mathematics, statistics, business informatics, etc.)
- Experience in product/data analytics strictly for 4 years as an autonomous specialist covering the full cycle of tasks (from decomposing pain points to presenting insights)
- Experience in digital products strictly for 4 years (large online services, e-commerce, marketplaces, classifieds)
- Understanding of marketplace mechanics is a huge plus
- Practical experience in building metric systems for 3 years: you should be familiar with funnels, unit economics, cohort analysis, LTV, Retention, ARPU/ARPPU
- Experience with A/B testing for 3 years: understanding of statistics related to experiments (p-value, power, MDE, criteria), ability to design tests and interpret results
- Experience in building data marts and dashboards for 2 years (linking SQL/DWH + any modern BI tool: Tableau, PowerBI, Superset)
