A fast-growing AI startup that is changing the way people interact with digital characters. The product combines thousands of AI characters capable of communicating with users through text, photo, and video messages.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for product and growth metrics: retention, LTV, ARPU, and others
• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests
• Build and develop a dashboard and analytical reporting system
• Research user behavior, cohort analysis, and user scenarios
• Assess the impact of product changes and marketing activities on business results
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and User Acquisition team
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics for mobile products
• Strong foundation in statistics and A/B testing
• Experience with LTV, retention, cohort analysis, monetization, and unit economics
• Excellent SQL skills
• Strong product thinking and ability to turn data into business recommendations
• Data visualization and presentation skills
• Proactivity and independence
• Mentoring experience is a plus
