Job description
Kosmos is a successful, comfortable, and reliable gaming company. Products: Solitaire Social (11 years on the market) and Mahjong Social (3 years on the market).
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior, in-game and product metrics;
- Research and develop new features for games based on data;
- Influence project development tactics;
- Conduct A/B testing and other hypothesis checks;
- Evaluate profit from new features and events;
- Visualize and present your research to the team;
- Form a backlog of hypotheses;
- Support and maintain current metrics;
- Develop and find growth points for the product.
Requirements
- Understanding how mature products work;
- Experience with data processing and visualization systems: Tableau/Google Spreadsheets/Excel/MetaBase/PowerBI/etc;
- Understanding of analytical tools: Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, devtodev or similar;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL queries and understanding of data structures;
- Knowledge of Python or R;
- Understanding of basic probability theory and mathematical statistics.
