- Own the **end-to-end product design process** from problem definition to final delivery - Identify and validate user pain points through **research, prototyping, and testing** - Translate product and business requirements into **clear, intuitive design solutions** - Design high-quality user experiences across **web and mobile** - Create and deliver **pixel-perfect UI** with strong attention to detail (layout, typography, hierarchy) - Build, maintain, and evolve a **scalable design system** - **Design and produce print materials** (e.g., brochures, event assets) as needed to support business and marketing initiatives - Collaborate closely with **Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams** - Ensure consistency across all product and brand touchpoints - Conduct design QA and iterate based on feedback and performance

- **7+ years** of experience in **product design (UX/UI)** - Strong experience designing **end-to-end product experiences** (not just visuals) - Proven expertise in **UX thinking, flows, and problem-solving** - High level of **UI craft and visual execution** - Strong experience working with and scaling **design systems** - Ability to work **hands-on** while thinking strategically - Experience collaborating with **engineering and product teams** - Ability to work autonomously in a **remote, cross-timezone environment** - Fluent English (spoken and written)
