Job description

Responsibilities
- Own the full growth funnel: set strategy, define metrics, and drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Identify and build compounding loops for organic growth.
- Instrument the product to understand developer conversion and drop-off points.
- Run a high-velocity experimentation program with rapid A/B tests.
- Unlock new growth channels such as SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, and PLG motions.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, with 2–3+ years of end-to-end ownership of growth.
- Experience with developer-facing or API-first products.
- Strong analytical and decisive skills.
- Ability to align engineering, marketing, and sales around a growth motion.
