(Senior) Product Manager, Tokenized Stocks/Equity Trading (DEX)

### What You’ll Be Doing - Own the product strategy and roadmap for **tokenized stock (tokenized equities) trading on OKX DEX**, covering the trading interface, order types, market data & quotes, positions/portfolio, and everything that bridges traditional brokerage conventions with on-chain execution. - Be the team's translator between two worlds: take the best of the **traditional brokerage experience** and re-imagine it natively for a DEX. - Partner closely with the Growth & Operations team to win users migrating from traditional brokers, translate their expectations and pain points into PRDs, prototypes, and launched features that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume. - Identify and prototype new opportunities in the tokenized-equities space: evaluate tokenized-stock issuers/protocols, RWA infrastructure, market structure, and the regulatory/compliance constraints that shape what's shippable. - Lead end-to-end execution: drive PRDs, prototypes, and supporting docs, then partner with R&D, UI/UX, QA, Compliance/Legal, and Marketing through to launch. - Define and monitor core product KPIs (Volume, MAU, retention, execution quality, spread/slippage, fill rates); use **user research, behavioral analysis, and feedback loops** to continuously optimize the experience.

### What We Look For In You - 3+ years in product management, with **2+ years building equities / brokerage trading products** at a securities firm, online broker, or trading platform. - Deep understanding of **traditional equities market structure**: order types, routing & execution quality, settlement, corporate actions, market hours, custody, margin, and fractional shares. - Working knowledge of (or demonstrable willingness and ability to ramp fast on) the **on-chain / DEX stack**. - Strong **user research & analysis** skills: experience running user interviews and usability studies. - Strong IC ownership; able to drive projects end-to-end across cross-functional teams without people-management leverage. - Fluent in Chinese; working proficiency in English is a plus. - Bachelor's degree or higher.
