Senior Product Manager - Universal KYC (MetaMask Passport)

## What you’ll do - Own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport, defining how a reusable identity layer unlocks the broader MetaMask product stack. - Build the underlying identity platform, creating scalable verification primitives and standards that can be adopted across products. - Design a seamless, low-friction KYC experience that reduces time-to-first-transaction while maintaining compliance integrity. - Drive adoption across MetaMask by partnering closely with internal teams to integrate a consistent identity layer, while balancing privacy, trust, and global regulatory requirements. - Lead execution end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.

## What we are looking for: - Proven experience building or scaling **identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding products**. - Strong background in **fintech**, ideally with exposure to **Web3**. - Hands-on experience working with **identity verification providers (IDV vendors)** such as Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity. - Familiarity with **compliance workflows**, including KYC, KYB, and customer due diligence (CDD) processes. - Track record of delivering **platform products adopted across multiple teams**. - Ability to operate across both **technical systems and user experience**.
