- Startup experience: ability to work in chaos and create structure from nothing.
- Strong technical intuition: understanding of API, backend, and infrastructure.
- Experience shipping products from scratch to market, not just managing features.
- Plus: knowledge of crypto, custody, tokenization, KYC/AML, DAML.
