Sber is looking for a Senior Python Developer to design and develop backend services within a multi-agent system, focusing on low latency and high reliability.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services in Python within a multi-agent system (low latency, high reliability, observability).
- Support and build the agent development process (AI PDLC): from research and prototyping to production-ready pipelines with quality assessment.
- Integrate and develop the architecture of agent systems (A2A, MCP, RAG, guardrails, evaluation).
- Work with data and integrations: queues/streaming, databases, cache, external APIs.
- Validate hypotheses, quickly prototype, evaluate, and bring solutions to production.
- Write unit tests, set up monitoring and CI/CD.
- Mentor and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 3–5+ years of industrial backend development in Python.
- Experience in establishing development processes in new technological domains: understanding the full cycle from experimentation to production, including versioning of data/models/prompts, reproducibility of results, guardrails.
- Experience with databases and message queues (Postgres, Kafka).
- Experience with LangGraph/LangChain.
- Experience in developing high-load microservices.
- Culture of writing unit tests (pytest).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- High culture of collaboration and careful handling of commits.
- Willingness to take responsibility for product effects, not just code.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, approaches, critically evaluate them, and bring them to production.
