Job description
The Open Platform is looking for a QA Lead / Senior QA Engineer with a strong hands-on profile to combine active manual testing with coordination of a small QA function within a product and engineering team. The team works across multiple products simultaneously, requiring strong autonomy and structured thinking.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on manual testing of key product scenarios and release changes.
- Analyze PRDs, requirements, and product updates independently.
- Engage early in product and engineering processes.
- Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and regression scenarios.
- Define testing scope before releases.
- Coordinate a small QA team.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders.
- Gradually introduce process improvements.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in QA, including strong hands-on experience in manual testing.
- Experience as a QA Lead / Senior QA / QA Coordinator.
- Willingness to stay highly involved in practical work.
- Experience organizing QA processes.
- Ability to work independently with requirements.
- Experience writing test cases and maintaining regression coverage.
- Solid understanding of SDLC.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of ownership and attention to detail.
