Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Tech / IT Recruitment
- Experience hiring engineering and digital roles (Brand, Design, Marketing, SEO, etc.)
- Experience in executive search and working with C-level
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience in international hiring and relocation
- Skills in strategic partnership with hiring managers
- Experience with recruitment metrics and analytics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of the international talent market
- Fluent English
