Senior Recruiter

- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing → offer → closing) - Build and develop candidate pipelines (LinkedIn, outbound) - Conduct screenings and assess motivation and cultural fit - Coordinate the interview process - Work with candidates and close offers - Set up recruitment processes and ATS - Optimize sourcing workflows - Analyze metrics (pipeline, conversion rates) - Partner with hiring managers

- Experience in full-cycle recruitment in tech or agency - Mandatory experience in crypto or iGaming - Ability to find strong candidates beyond CV - Strong communication and influencing skills - Data-driven approach - Independence and ownership - Comfort in a fast-changing environment
