Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, and operational roles - Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring strategy and sourcing plans - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels - Maintain a high level of candidate experience - Analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline health - Support employee lifecycle processes - Work on performance management, retention, and employee relations - Partner with the leadership team on HR initiatives - Develop HR best practices and participate in policy development

- Up to 5 years of overall HR experience - 2–3 years of experience as a Recruiter in gamedev is a must - Experience in full-cycle recruitment - Fluent in Russian and English - Experience or understanding of the HR Business Partner role - Good understanding of HR processes and employment practices - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Experience in hiring tech/product roles is a plus - Knowledge of ATS/HRIS is a plus - Experience with international or remote teams is a plus
