Job description
We are looking for a motivated Senior Research Analyst to join our team focused on immunology, molecular oncology, and cancer therapy. The candidate will participate in collaborative projects with pharmaceutical companies and oncology centers, as well as internal company projects, contributing to the development of innovative approaches for cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth literature analysis on immunology, molecular oncology, and cancer therapeutics. - Develop and evaluate scientific hypotheses to support ongoing collaborations and new research directions. - Interpret data obtained from bioinformatic analyses, including NGS and flow cytometry results. - Search and systematize molecular features such as genes, biomarkers, and immune cell markers. - Analyze mechanisms of disease pathogenesis, therapy response, and immune interactions. - Prepare scientific reviews, summaries, and presentations in English.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or a related field with 3+ years of research / industry experience, or Ph.D. degree / current postdoctoral researcher in the related field. - Practical experience with NGS, flow cytometry and other molecular profiling technologies. - Proficient knowledge of immunology and tumor biology. - Excellent analytical and organizational skills. - Detail-oriented and able to analyze and summarize complex scientific data. - Fluent in English and Russian sufficient for reading and speaking. - Experience in cancer research is a strong plus.
