Responsibilities
• Manage brand social media, test hypotheses, create unique photo/video content and meaningful texts.
• Transition from classic SMM to creating a full-fledged inspiring brand media for the company.
• Work with tour leaders: develop briefs for creating vibrant, live content directly from routes.
• Analyze, track ER, ROMI, and the impact of content on sales.
Requirements
• Experience in SMM/content marketing in high-ticket niches (premium services, glossy, luxury tourism).
• Understanding of client psychology: how to alleviate fears before complex trips and stimulate purchase impulses.
• Ability to edit videos well, write engaging texts, and build a visual style.
Conditions
• Salary: 150,000 ₽ net.
• Format: Remote with regular online syncs (or hybrid with an office in St. Petersburg in the Moscow Business Center).
• Team: Complete absence of strict hierarchy and bureaucracy, working directly with company leaders.
