Job description
Antier operates at the intersection of blockchain, AI, tokenization, digital assets, and enterprise Web3 infrastructure. Our audience is serious: technology buyers, fintech leaders, Web3 founders, developers, ecosystem partners, and institutional decision-makers. Our communication needs to match that of the audience in tone, context, and credibility. It must be performance-driven, not hype-led.
Responsibilities
### What You’ll Do - Strategy & Narrative: Build platform-specific content strategies tied to Antier’s offerings, launches, partnerships, events, and active business priorities. Translate what Antier builds and delivers into clear, credible content shaped by ICP context, audience psychology, and platform behavior. - Brand Voice & Approval Workflow: Be the custodian of Antier’s social voice, working with the existing tone and refining it as platforms, audiences, and our offerings shift. - Campaigns & Lead Generation: Design social funnels that move audiences from awareness to inquiry across LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and landing pages. - Platforms & Community: Manage day-to-day activity across LinkedIn, X, Farcaster, Discord, Telegram, and YouTube. - Performance & Reporting: Track engagement quality, audience composition, profile visits, link clicks, inbound inquiries, and campaign-attributed outcomes. - Crisis & Trust: Handle FUD, misinformation, and sensitive moments with composure and accuracy.
Requirements
### What You Bring - 4+ years in social media strategy, content, or growth, ideally with Web3, fintech, AI, SaaS, or developer-focused brands. - Sharp ICP understanding for B2B technology audiences. - Strong writing across formats: LinkedIn posts, X threads, Farcaster casts, community announcements, video scripts, newsletter copy. - Comfort with Web3 fundamentals (tokens, smart contracts, DeFi, stablecoins, infrastructure). - Working knowledge of short-form video (Reels, Shorts) and live audio formats. - Analytics depth across platform-native dashboards, web traffic measurement, UTM-based attribution, and on-chain data context where relevant. - Editorial judgment.

### What Success Looks Like In 90 Days - Audited Antier’s current social presence and identified 3 to 5 high-leverage shifts. - Shipped a platform-specific content calendar and launched at least one campaign with measurable inbound impact. - Established baseline metrics and a weekly reporting rhythm with marketing leadership. - Built working relationships with the BD, design, product, and technical teams.
