## In this role, you will - Own end-to-end execution for software workstreams tied to the Orb, from early engineering milestones through launch - Drive alignment across software, firmware, product and operations teams and keep leadership informed with an honest, clear read on where things stand - Manage program schedules, flag risks before they become fires, and help the team make faster decisions by bringing the right people into the room at the right time - Help build the program management foundations — processes, templates, and norms — that will scale with the company

## You might thrive in this role if you have - 5–8 years of program management experience with at least two full consumer electronics product cycles under your belt — concept through launch, not just part of the journey - A solid understanding of how software and firmware development intersects with hardware constraints and manufacturing timelines, and the ability to hold your own in technical conversations - Experience working in a startup or early-stage environment where you've had to build programs from scratch and figure things out as you go - Strong, direct communication skills — people should be able to trust your read on where things stand, even when the news isn't great

## Pay transparency statement Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles): The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from **$221,000 - $260,000**, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
