### What you’ll do - Continuous development of Bitpanda’s third-party risk management framework including, documentation, assessments, systems and tools implemented across the Group. - Provide ‘second-line review and challenge of third parties with both internal and external counterparties, helping implement SLAs, KRIs and other monitoring. - Ensure continuous updates to our third-party profile as well as registers in alignment with regulatory requirements (EBA, DORA). - Ensure adherence of the Third–Party Risk lifecycle, from Identification and assessment to monitoring and exit planning. - Support in trainings, as appropriate, to business partners on Third Party Risk Management framework, policies, standards, processes, procedures and alignment with interconnected processes.

### Who you are - Experience and knowledge and understanding of Third Party Risk Management including DORA, MaRisk, EBA Outsourcing, PRA SS2/21 and other regulatory equivalents. - Experience in operating third party risk frameworks. - Experience in managing third parties over the whole lifecycle, developing Service Level Agreements (SLA) aligned with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. - Excellent communication in German and English, proven ability to effectively interact with team members, clients and peers, earning their trust and establishing credibility. - Minimum of 4+ years focused expertise in Third Party Risk and managing Outsourcing Services.
