Responsibilities
### Primary Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage cloud and other infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Automate operations to improve efficiency
- Design and build mechanisms for preventing and early detection of service failures, and respond to incidents
- Promote migrations to new systems
- Spread SRE culture and best practices within the company
- Collaborate with various stakeholders involved in product development
Requirements
### Required Qualifications (Skills/Experience)
- Over 3 years of experience in web application development
- Comprehensive experience in designing, building, operating, and troubleshooting cloud architectures in public clouds
- Knowledge and experience with RDBMS
- Practical experience with IaC
- Experience in building and operating monitoring platforms
- Experience working collaboratively with development teams (products)
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese or English

- Employment Type: Full-time (No fixed term)
- Probation Period: Yes (6 months), with no changes to labor conditions during the probation period
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flextime system with core hours from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Break Time: 60 minutes during working hours
- Overtime: Available
