Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and core capability development of AI Agent platform.
- Implement AI Native capabilities in engineering workflows.
- Build knowledge augmentation layer for the platform.
- Establish runtime and governance framework for AI Agents.
- Collaborate with teams to standardize and scale platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 6+ years of experience in backend or platform engineering.
- Proficient in Java/Python with strong system design skills.
- Understanding of LLM and AI Agent architectures.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and AI coding tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
