Responsibilities
## What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with team technical lead, liquidity managers and product managers on strategy discussion, technical solution design, implement and roll out into production environments.
- Work with a team to own the strategy production environment for both feature build out and infra upgrade for better system performance and better user experience.
- Continuously and proactively improve strategies to be more stable, scalable and robust with auto recovery ability for 24x7 crypto trading style.
- Run projects by maintaining a deep understanding of the technical infrastructure and a holistic view of the product and business including offshore and onshore markets.
Requirements
## What We Look For In You
- Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and can solve tricky problems independently.
- Passionate in the Crypto industry and always ready to learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Solid experience in FX trading systems or Execution algo trading systems is a strong plus.
