Responsibilities
- Advance the business development pipeline for World ID integrations.
- Own the forecasting and planning cycle across markets.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on strategic and operational questions.
- Manage the team's hiring pipeline and organizational design.
- Prepare materials for organizational alignment and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- BSc in a quantitative discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in project, data, tech, or leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet modeling.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with Notion, Linear, or similar tools.
