AdsGram is an AdTech platform in the Telegram/Web3 ecosystem that helps advertisers and publishers effectively manage traffic and monetization. We are growing rapidly and building a product at the intersection of advertising, technology, and Telegram infrastructure. Our team is globally distributed, and English is our default working language.
Responsibilities
- Manage the support & moderation team
- Control SLA, quality of responses, and user experience
- Handle complex cases and escalations
- Develop and optimize processes (automation, tools, workflow improvements)
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams
- Analyze metrics (team workload, ticket reasons, SLA performance)
- Train, mentor, and develop the team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in support, moderation, or client operations
- Experience managing a support & moderation team (preferably 5+ people) or experience as a project manager within a support/moderation team
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to build, improve, and scale processes
