Job description
An international iGaming company expanding its teams in the iGaming sector and actively scaling hiring across various domains.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake meeting to offer. - Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and priorities. - Source candidates in international markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search. - Identify talent within the iGaming ecosystem, including confidential projects. - Conduct screenings and structured interviews. - Provide feedback and recommendations on candidates. - Maintain ATS and ensure data accuracy. - Handle multiple vacancies across different teams and locations.
Requirements
- Recruitment experience in iGaming. - Strong sourcing and headhunting skills. - Experience in full-cycle recruitment. - Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple roles. - Experience hiring in technical, operational, or marketing fields. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Russian language is a plus. - International hiring experience is a plus.
