## What you’ll do - Own products from idea through launch, iteration, and ongoing performance - Define product requirements, success metrics, and priorities in partnership with Engineering and Design - Build intuitive experiences that simplify complex financial and crypto concepts - Translate customer, business, and operational needs into clear product specifications - Partner closely with engineers to design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions - Use data, research, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform decisions - Analyze funnels, user behavior, and product performance to improve adoption, retention, and revenue - Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, CX, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership to deliver impactful outcomes

## What we’re looking for - 4+ years of Product Management experience - Experience building credit card, crypto, fintech, or money movement products - Strong technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams - Ability to understand APIs, system architecture, integrations, and data flows - Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions - Excellent written communication and product specification skills - Proven ability to ship products in fast-moving startup environments
