Responsibilities
As a Senior Total Rewards Manager, you will partner with C-level executives on Total Rewards strategies.
- Partner with C-level on Total Rewards (compensation, bonuses, org design)
- Manage budgeting and forecasting of personnel costs
- Develop grading and job architecture, maintain competitive compensation
- Analyze HR metrics (ROI, efficiency, productivity)
- Develop performance management (evaluation, bonus cycles)
- Handle compensation cases (offers, promotions, retention)
- Manage LTI programs (design, administration, analytics)
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards
- Experience working with C-level and influencing through data
- Skills in budgeting, analytics, and reward processes
- Experience with grading and market benchmarking
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with LTI / equity programs
