Senior Total Rewards Manager

### Responsibilities - Work with C-level, HR Director, and Head of C&B on Total Rewards - Manage budgeting and forecasting of personnel costs - Develop grading and job architecture processes - Analyze HR ROI, productivity metrics, and effectiveness of reward strategies - Develop performance management framework and bonus logic - Handle compensation cases: offers, promotions, reorganizations, and retention cases - Manage LTI programs (phantom stock, virtual stock, etc.) - Collaborate with Finance, HRBP, and business leaders

### Requirements - 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards - Experience working with senior stakeholders and data-driven decision making - Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and compensation analytics - Expertise in grading and market benchmarking - Advanced level of Excel / Google Sheets - Experience with ERP/HRIS systems is a plus - Experience with LTI / equity / long-term incentive programs - Analytical thinking and strategic approach
