Job description
DevHunt is an international product at the intersection of gaming and e-commerce, working with the Roblox ecosystem to sell digital goods and in-game values. The product has high organic demand and a scalable model.
Responsibilities
- Launch and scale paid traffic (Meta / TikTok / Google)
- Introduce new games/offers to advertising
- Optimize campaigns for CPA / ROAS / GMV
- Test hypotheses: creatives, audiences, geo
- Work with creatives (UGC, short-form, performance)
- Analyze and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in performance (e-commerce / digital products)
- Proficient in Meta Ads (key channel), TikTok Ads, Google Ads
- Experience launching new products/directions
- Budget management and scaling
- Understanding of CPA / CAC / ROAS / LTV, unit economics, and funnels
- Experience or strong understanding of gaming industry
