## What You’ll Be Doing - Develop captivating visual assets for the OKX website and app that align with our brand identity, ensuring a consistent and unified visual presence across all platforms. - Collaborate closely with product designers to strengthen our brand identity and improve product experiences, offering professional and creative insights as needed. - Design beautiful, simple, innovative, and intuitive experiences and flows. - Be a driver for all aspects of product visual design and execution, including pitching ideas, and communicating the solutions to necessary stakeholders within the company. - Stay abreast of the latest design trends in the industry and gain a thorough understanding of OKX's diverse lines of business and financial products to drive innovative strategies for product and branding. - Leverage user feedback and data analysis to identify opportunities for refining brand assets and guidelines, implementing enhancements accordingly. - Take the lead in design projects, proactively guiding other designers and fostering collaboration to achieve project objectives efficiently. - Create, inspire, and sustain a culture of excellence with a focus on craft and quality of the work. - Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements that would bring greater brand expression and elevate the quality of our work.

## What We Look For In You - 5+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, at least 2 years of experience in UI design or working on design of digital product/s. - Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, coupled with experience in creative or web design, and proficiency in utilizing design software such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator and other Design softwares. - Good understanding of human-centered design principles & designing outstanding digital products. - Demonstrate good insights and proficiency in illustration, graphic design, advertising design, and visual expression. - Possess strong communication skills, along with a keen interest in the crypto and Web3 industries. - Exhibit creativity and a fervent passion for design, characterized by a distinct aesthetic sensibility and versatility across various styles. - Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, with prior experience in leading projects independently.
