Job description

Responsibilities
- Oversee the product throughout its development, working closely with team members like artists, animators, composers, and developers - Analyze statistics to help shape strategies for game launches and marketing - Organize and take part in game testing, gather feedback, and implement improvements - Conduct competitor analysis and market research - Evaluate performance metrics for our games - Formulate and test hypotheses - Suggest improvements for key stages of product development - Prepare for and analyze results from A/B testing
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Game Designer or Slots Game Designer - A strong passion for gaming and knowledge of various gaming platforms - Creative thinking in game design and the ability to generate fresh ideas - Eagerness to learn new technical skills - Flexibility to adapt ideas and meet deadlines - Dedication to completing tasks to a high standard - Strong mathematical and analytical skills - Familiarity with the iGaming market and the distinctions between iGaming game design and general game design
