Responsibilities
- Managing Telegram, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Preparing content plans and creating various content formats
- Writing texts, scripts, and case presentations
- Analyzing statistics and improving metrics in collaboration with marketers
- Organizing community activities, contests, and special projects
- Finding partners for mutual PR and advertising placements, negotiating with channel owners, and overseeing placements
- Participating in the development of the company's brand, merchandise, and corporate initiatives
- Scaling successful approaches and strategies
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in SMM
- Proficient in neural networks and AI tools
- Skills in editing and understanding visuals
- Strong copywriting skills and proficient Russian
- English at B2 level
- Understanding of marketing and content funnels
- Proactivity, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines
