We are looking for a Junior SMM Manager to develop and manage social media channels, create engaging content, and enhance audience engagement. The role allows for remote work with a focus on creativity and community building.
Responsibilities

- Manage and develop social media: Telegram, VK, Instagram.
- Increase reach and attract new relevant audiences to channels.
- Work with the current loyal base (contests, engagement).
### Content Creation:
- Posts.
- Photos and videos (especially live content).
- Unboxings, product content.
- Generate ideas for viral and engaging content.
- Participate in community development around the brand.
- Support communication regarding promotions and products.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Interest in social media and content.
- Understanding how different content formats work.
- Adhere to the Tone of Voice of VkusVill in preparing texts and creatives.
- Ability to come up with creative and viral ideas.
- Proactivity.
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics (especially SMM metrics).
- Experience with content is preferred.
- Willingness to shoot content (photos/videos) is mandatory.
