SMM Manager

DEA GROUP, a Russian multi-brand FMCG company, is looking for an SMM Manager. We specialize in oral care and cosmetics. - Create engaging content for social media - Organize and manage video shoots - Develop content plans and strategies - Collaborate with designers and other brands

As an SMM Manager, you will: - Write scripts for Reels and short videos - Organize shoots: locations, models, props - Film and edit videos independently - Develop weekly content plans - Adapt content for each platform - Track trends and integrate them into content - Analyze competitors - Write engaging brand voice texts - Plan and publish posts - Collaborate with designers for visuals - Plan and execute group activities - Launch cross-marketing activities - Organize seedings in related communities - Work on increasing reach and engagement - Collaborate with other brands and influencers - Manage reputation risks in comments - Use AI tools for creative content

Candidates should have: - 3+ years of experience in SMM/content management - A portfolio with posts, Reels, and projects - Experience in organizing photo and video shoots - Excellent writing skills in Russian - Aesthetic sense and visual understanding - Creative mindset for post and Reels ideas - Proficiency in AI tools for image generation - Understanding of VK and Telegram tools - Analytical skills to track post effectiveness
