• Manage Instagram, Threads, VK • After one month, connect max, TikTok, and telegram • Gather references and create clear briefs for shoots • Minimal editing • Generate brand-related news • Focus on growth: audience, engagement, sales • First month is a trial period **Instagram** • Understand the target audience and their purchasing behavior • Create engaging content themes that trigger customer interest • Develop content addressing customer pain points • Maintain a cohesive and appealing feed • Work with UGC: find, assign tasks, and ensure quality • No posting required **VK** • Fully manage and develop the VK group • Develop themes, ideas for posts, stories, short videos, and ads • Prepare and publish content according to the approved content plan • Actively assist in preparing and launching VK advertising campaigns **Other Channels** • Analyze customers and understand their purchasing motivations • Engage customers through compelling text • Write captivating texts independently • Explore audience insights and new pain points • Analyze performance based on reach and targeted actions

• At least 1 year of SMM experience in Fashion on the specified platforms • Ability to write engaging texts and create standout visual concepts • Proactivity and idea generation for improving funnels and implementing new tools • Time management and resourcefulness • Soft skills and negotiation abilities
